Commercial SaaS presentation reset

• Replaced the homepage with a normal SaaS marketing surface.
• Removed the active records table, course-note routing and note-library sections from the homepage.
• Added a product interface preview for workflows, approvals, roles, assets, analytics and email routing.
• Added feature, workflow, security, pricing and contact sections.
• Reduced the public sidebar to commercial pages only.

Earlier SaaS polish

• Added commercial positioning pages, a feature matrix and an operating model.
• Added scroll progress, reveal motion, pointer interaction and a back-to-top control.
